Please note that The Energy Savers will carry out surveys in batches of approximately 10 sites at a time, or the value of the stated budget in batches of 10 sites. Each site must be accompanied with either energy figures, or in the case of draught driven works, floor plans for the buildings to be selected. Once an order has been received for works previously surveyed then a further 10 sites can be surveyed.

The following charges apply towards the cost of each survey. This is not payable at the time of survey and will never become payable unless the works are carried out. The estimate will show this charge as a separate cost item. When the order is placed, the charge will appear on the final invoice for the works.
Band 1 Estimates up to the value of £10k = £75.00
Band 2 Estimates between £10k - £20k = £100.00
Band 3 Estimates over £20k = £150.00
The above prices will be subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Government Sector Clients
Government sector clients wanting a survey will be required to download the fuel savings and detail the sites. This information is valuable in assisting us with the time we budget for our surveyors on site and also provides us with the information to provide you with a carbon saving report which also details your payback periods and also demonstrate if it is Salix compliant or not.

Parking is free where clients provide parking facilities otherwise this item will be charged at cost at the nearest pay station or Zone to the Job.
