All surveys are free of charge* and Nationwide and our surveys will be broken down floor by floor and room by room. If access is restricted then we will carry out an external survey, however we will need to check a few rooms for a general consensus.

• As of the 1st April 2010 where energy figures are provided at point of survey no charges will apply.
• Where no energy figures are supplied the following rates will apply: £150 per survey or £50 if there are multiple sites. All charges will be credited upon receipt of energy figures or the order if dated within 3 months of the date of the estimate.
• For non energy saving schemes same charges will apply however will be credited if order received within 3 months of the date of estimate.
• Where tenders are specifying our system no charges will apply.
• The energy figures are only used to calculate your carbon/payback saving report

Government Sector Clients
Government sector clients wanting a free survey will be required to download the fuel savings and detail the sites. This information is valuable in assisting us with the time we budget for our surveyors on site and also provides us with the information to provide you with a carbon saving report which also details your payback periods and also demonstrate if it is Salix compliant or not.

Parking is free where clients provide parking facilities otherwise this item will be charged at cost at the nearest pay station or Zone to the Job.
