Quattro Seal draught proofing has been thoroughly assessed by the Building Research Establishment and their report shows energy savings on an average UK commercial building of 27% with excellent pay back profiles.  For instance, if you use gas, purchased at 1.123p per kWh, the report shows a simple payback period of 2.4 years.  If you use electricity at 5p per kWh, the payback is 0.6 years.  Should you be paying more, your payback would obviously be faster.

Our expertise in utilising our processes to substantially improve the air tightness of buildings and structures is particularly topical in view of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and the UK implementation of the directive by means of revised Building Regulations.
