Quattro Seal enables treated windows to exceed the requirements of British Standard BS 6375: Part 1: 1993 Air Permeability Test
NOISE REDUCTION
Noise reduction is achieved by both sealing of the gaps of windows and doors and by dampening sound energy which would otherwise be transmitted by the opening window frame.
Noise reduction tests show that Quattro Seal reduces noise penetration by 10 decibels (measurements taken using a CEL-214 sound level meter, supplied by Computer Engineering Limited).
The module consists of three ranges: 30-70 decibels; 60-100 decibels; and 90-120 decibels; with accuracy specifications to IEC 651Type 2, DIN 4S 634, BS 3489, ANSI Sl-4 :1971 and frequency weightings selectible A or flat (LIN).
LIFE EXPECTANCY
The gasket Seal formed should maintain its flexibility and remain effective in excess of 20 years. The application and product carry a five-year guarantee.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE RANGE
Consistently changes very little over a wide temperature range, but application is not recommended if the surface is damp or contains frost. Recommended range is -20° to +50°C. If the surface is damp due to low temperature, warm to remove moisture prior to priming and application.
